Acceptable Stay

extensive selectionirish breakfastattentive staffdamp carpetinadequate pillowunclean bathroom floor
The breakfast offered a very extensive selection. I found the variety quite excellent, ranging from a full Irish breakfast to sweet pastries.. there was something for everyone. Staff members were very nice. They were ready to assist with any requests.
The carpet in the bedroom had a noticeably damp feel, specifically around the window area. The pillows lacked adequate filling. I also noted that the bathroom floor was not clean upon arrival.

adequate stay overall

central locationexcellent diningprofessional experienceunfulfilled requestincomplete refreshmissing amenities
the location was definitely a plus. it was central, yet just far enough into the suburbs for quiet.. i found the dining facilities excellent and appreciated the bar for a social drink or two. i have stayed here twice now and recommend it for a professional and pain-free hotel experience.
on arrival, my partner rang reception and requested a dressing gown.. she also asked for a shower cap and body lotion. she was advised it would be brought up to our room shortly. they never arrived. on the 2nd day housekeeping did a room refresh while we were out.. always grateful for the service they do, but it was half complete. drinking water wasn't replenished and only one of the two used coffee cups was replaced.
